Trail description

Mountain biking in Sipoonkorpi national park is allowed as long as we stay on clearly visible marked trails and pay attention to other hikers. Biking is a great way to see more of the area, meet some wildlife or pick some berries while excercising and staying active.

The main trail in Sipoonkorpi is the orange trail, which is 29km long if approached as a loop. There's also another option in the green/white Kalkinpolttaja trail, which is almost 5km long. Trails vary a lot in their difficulty, so you need to be prepared for everything. Some parts might get a bit boring on wide gravel paths, while other parts can be truly challenging with huge roots or rocks standing in your way.

The lake Kuusijärvi might be considered the centre of all trails and there are all the fascilities you might need to get ready for your ride or get refreshed after it. Amongst others, you'll find there a café/restaurant, saunas, beach for swimming, toilets, large parking lot and even playgrounds for kids.
